Job Description
Seeking a motivated and self-driven Office Administrator to join our team on-site in Woburn, MA. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. You will be responsible for ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment, handling various tasks to support both internal teams and external stakeholders.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Open and flexible hours available)
SALARY: $30 -$35/hourly DOE
LOCATION: Woburn, MA (on-site)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administrative Support: Manage and organize office operations, including filing systems, record-keeping, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Input and maintain accurate financial data entry, invoicing, and payroll data within QuickBooks and databases.
- Generate reports as requested by management, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant, within the construction industry or similar preferred.
- Must be very reliable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices
