Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and managing vendor and customer relationships
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Ability to trouble shoot system issues and upgrades
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Familiarity with social networking platforms
- Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure optimal efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual preferred
