Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance at all times • Driving the Beverage Cart to different areas on the golf course to service food and beverage to guest •
Stock Beverage Carts to par levels each day of use •
Operate Micros, handle cash, and credit card charges according to procedures. •
Take and serve orders in the clubhouse cafe • Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees • Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner • Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements: •
Must possess a valid driver’s license • Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law • Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system • Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely • Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized Beverage Cart using proper golf etiquette • Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public • Must have strong skills in Customer Service • Must be dependable • Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed • Collects payment for drinks served • Greets and provides immediate attention to guests • Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them • Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service. • Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available • Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks • Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned • Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests • Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management • Perform other duties as assigned
