Customer Service Representative/Office Administrator

About us

Northeast Climate LLC is a growing residential/commerical HVAC company in Southern New Hampshire providing installation and service of heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Field and Schedule yearly maintenance and service calls with new and existing customers

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required
