We specialize in energy efficient windows and premium entry doors, as well as maintenance free gutter systems. We have a strong desire to do the project right from start to finish. As an office administrator, you will be a member our team handling and entering all new jobs and working with our customers to ensure they are updated with their projects. The Office Administrator is responsible to:
- enter new jobs in our data base
- review commissions
- assist with payroll
- answer phones
- scan documents
- order office supplies help with the organization and running of our office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a high-quality library of resources
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Organize, coordinate, and schedule appointments and events
- Create and update work/life balance calendars
- Monitor office supplies and orderings ensuring quality
- Resolve office-related malfunctions, respond to requests, and/or resolve problems with vendors or suppliers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office administrator, or relevant experience in another administrative role (e.g., secretary)
- Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
