Medical Office Receptionist/Patient Intake

Job description

Busy Medical Office is looking to hire for our patient clinical intake / receptionist position. Our team is dedicated to giving an exceptional patient experience, and the patient clinical intake /receptionist has the first and last contact with all of our patients. This position requires the following skills:

• the ability to make patients feel comfortable and welcome
• attention to detail while recording patient data and other clinical intake information
• the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• understand basic computer / EMR program
• the ability to work with multiple provider's schedules
• past Medical Office experience is helpful
• Associates Degree or post high school education is helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• Clinic
• Private practice

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
