Medical Office Receptionist - Will Train For Job

Thomson Memory & Attention, one of the largest U.S. neuropsychological diagnostic centers, is looking to fill a position at one of our many Chicagoland locations. We are hiring for this full-time Medical Office Receptionist for our Oakbrook Terrace location, and we are trying to fill this position urgently. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and can handle a fast-paced work environment. We will handle training the right person. The position entails and requires:

• scheduling patients for multiple physicians'
• a strong ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
• excellent communications skills via phone and email
• problem solving skills
• faxing, scanning, uploading, and creating medical templates
• applying insurance co-payments
• interacting with patients
• experience in medical billing for multiple physicians'-helpful but not required
• familiar with medical terminology , CPT and ICD 10 codes
• comfortable calling patients to give insurance deductibles and copayments over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
