Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary

Part time help needed for busy OB/GYN office. Must be organized and detail oriented.

We are seeking a PART-TIME Medical Assistant/receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones / strong customer service
• Check patients In/Out
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies
• Escort patients to exam rooms / take vitals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare setting
• Familiarity with medical procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual: Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Healthcare setting:
