Conventions Health in Warrenville, has immediate openings for Medical Office Receptionist/ Front Desk Assistant who are seeking employment opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Greet patients and their families
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality
• Create a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk and waiting area
• Check-in/register patients, provide forms, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments
• Check-out patients and make follow-up appointments
• Maintain medical records and clinician schedules, and triage phone calls
• Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma

Requirements

• Ability to work alone and in a team, under direct supervision
• Clear communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and adaptability
• Ethical and professional etiquette
• Provide direct office support to clinicians and management
• Knowledge of health insurance, medical terminology

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
