SalaryOur office is looking to fill a friendly and energetic Front Desk Staff opening. The position is available immediately! We are a fast paced, independent Cardiology clinic located in Lake Barrington, IL. Ideal candidate must have experience in a Medical Office setting; they must be reliable, have a professional attitude and great communication skills, as well as being able to work in a high paced environment all while greeting patients with a smile. Duties include but are not limited to: Answer a multi-line phone system; directing callers/messages to appropriate individuals. Greet and check in patients; collect co-pays - verify, update insurance, demographic information accurately, schedule office appointments & procedures obtaining appropriate referral authorizations.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
