SalaryGrowing Internal Medicine practice seeking Office Manager to oversee day to day operations. Dupage Internal Medicine is a privately owned Medical Office affiliated with UChicago Advent Health and has been in the Hinsdale area for over 20 years. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a lead medical assistant or office manager and has prior experience using eClinical Works EMR.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage and supervise receptionist and 5 Medical Assistants, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with scheduling(including ZocDoc), rx refills, and patient communication.
- Prior Authorizations and referrals.
- Quality Measure and Reporting
- Trouble shoot EMR as needed (eClinical Works)
- Claim processing, insurance denials and address billing disputes.
- Inventory and ordering of medical supplies, office supplies and vaccines.
Requirements
- 2 years healthcare management or lead medical assistant preferred.
- Proven experience in Medical Office management or healthcare administration.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, coding systems, and insurance billing processes.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records eClinical Works
One evening and Saturday availability required.
