Children & Teens Medical Center is a Pediatric Practice located in Schaumburg, Lake Barrington, Algonquin and Lake In the Hills, IL We have three Nurse Practitioners and seven Physicians. We have been in the area for over 40 years and are dedicated to our children and teens in the area.
```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Billing Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the Administrative side of the (making monthly provider office schedules, ordering immunizations, overseeing all administrative and billing staff) operations of the company. Overseeing Referrals, Clinical Integration, Locations Manager and the billing department.
```Duties:```
- Manage and supervise the billing team, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement billing procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly financial reports related to billing activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing regulations
```Experience:```
- Proven experience as an Office/Billing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of billing principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in using eClinicalworks software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,265.00 - $76,840.00 per year
