An exciting opportunity available in a growing Rheumatology practice that is seeking a full time Regional Medical Office Manager with billing experience alongside great communication, technology, and people skills. The Office Manager will work in conjunction with the Administration Team and Partners. The primary office site will be in our Orland Park location and secondarily in our Oakbrook Terrace Office with travel to the Schaumburg office once a week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Front Desk duties and oversight of front desk processes.
- Assisting with operations including monitoring and managing of practice locations.
- Assessment and auditing of staff duties to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
- Revenue Cycle Management and working in conjunction with our billing manager.
- Infusion and inventory management.
- Employee education and training.
- Participation and assisting with scheduled meetings.
- Becoming an EMR superuser and helping to optimization EMR workflows.
- Helping to improve customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Marketing of practice and providers and schedule optimization.
Experience and expectations:
- At least 2 years of prior office management experience in a private practice setting preferred.
- EMR experience.
- Prior experience in revenue cycle management.
- High efficiency with computers and applications.
