Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking individual to join our Data & AI team as the Vice President, Full-Stack Engineering. As a hands-on technical contributor, you will bring expertise in Azure cloud services and React.js to drive the development of robust, scalable, and innovative full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software, leading engineering efforts, and contributing to the strategic technical direction of the organization.

• Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions using a combination of Azure cloud services and React.js
• Drive the implementation of scalable and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and other relevant tools
• Evaluate and implement new Azure services and features to enhance our full-stack architecture
• Oversee the development of responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
• Design and implement visually appealing and intuitive user experiences
• Architect and design scalable and modular full-stack solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery
• Ensure rigorous testing practices to maintain code quality and reliability

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Azure cloud services and React.js
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and growing full-Stack Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes
• Relevant certifications in Azure and React.js are a plus
