We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition, Programs to lead and oversee our diverse range of Talent Acquisition value-based programmatic offerings. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams leading internal mobility, referrals, diversity initiatives, events, and candidate pipeline/sourcing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to optimize these value-based programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our Talent Acquisition programs, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of program specialists providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of program objectives
- Program Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned Talent Acquisition programs (not to be confused with projects), including internal mobility processes, referral programs, diversity initiatives, recruitment events, and candidate pipeline creation activities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies to address them effectively
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and ROI
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by seeking out opportunities to streamline processes, enhance candidate experiences, and innovate within Talent Acquisition programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement techniques, and interview processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance
The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
