We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist whos a hawk in Managing ticketing, and keen attention to detail. to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in-person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Min, of 5 years of Desktop experience
  • Previous Experience working in an MSP environment 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills (outside-the-box thinker)
  • Positive and professional demeanor ( a can-do attitude) 

Practical system knowledge nice to have:

  • Windows Desktop 
  • Windows Server admin experience (Remove and add users from AD) 
  • Azure Experience 
  • Office 365 troubleshooting and local Outlook troubleshooting and setup. 
  • Printer setup and troubleshooting 

The position is 90-day contract to a permanent position.
