We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist whos a hawk in Managing ticketing, and keen attention to detail. to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in-person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Min, of 5 years of Desktop experience
- Previous Experience working in an MSP environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills (outside-the-box thinker)
- Positive and professional demeanor ( a can-do attitude)
Practical system knowledge nice to have:
- Windows Desktop
- Windows Server admin experience (Remove and add users from AD)
- Azure Experience
- Office 365 troubleshooting and local Outlook troubleshooting and setup.
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
The position is 90-day contract to a permanent position.
