Talent Acquisition Specialist (11633) - Remote

InGenesis is currently sourcing for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely with our Corporate office located in Denver, CO.   In this role, you will be responsible for your exemplary people skills to recruit and evaluate candidates to achieve the staffing goals of our client.  This position is dependent on contract award.

Job Duties

• Identify and build relationships with professional, administrative and healthcare professionals in order to fulfill client hiring needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
• Understand detailed requirements of job descriptions.
• Articulate job duties, client environment, process, benefits and paid time off to potential candidates.
• Maintain status on all recruiting assignments.
• Build a pool of candidates in anticipation of client needs for quick fulfillment.
• Screen applications, interview prospects, coordinate client interviews, etc.
• Participate in weekly meetings and/or trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a releated field preferred.  
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage and identify priorities.
• Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to overcome objections or roadblocks that may prevent candidates from moving through the process.
