Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a designated area of the business
• Create and develop systems sustained for long term growth
• Implement strategic systems sustained for long term growth
• Give and receive constructive feedback to leaders above and below you
• Help create a strong culture of care and ownership

• Full ownership of their area of responsibility

• Partners with Assistant Directors (s) in area of responsibility (weekly meetings)
• Ability to duplicate themselves in the organization
• Boldness to lead and influence upwards

Management Experience preferred:

• Relevant leadership experience ( 1 yr +)
• Track record of leadership development
• Business planning and or project management experience ( 1yr +)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 8-9 hour shifts
• Available on Mondays and Saturdays
• 1-2 PM shifts a week (2-10, 3-11)

• Aurora, CO 80012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
