As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, supporting and administering the Talent Acquisition process to position PCL as the employer of choice. Here's how a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our US Head Office office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, editing/posting job descriptions, updating candidate records, and managing reference checks.
  • Ensure a consistently engaging candidate/new hire experience, aligning with the Employee Value Proposition Guidelines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in candidate experience processes.
  • Support corporate and sector initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain documentation for metrics related to Talent Acquisition KPIs.
  • May conduct research on recruitment and sourcing initiatives to diversify the candidate pipeline.
  • May screen entry-level candidates via phone screens, pre-employment assessment tools, and vetting referrals.
  • May develop and maintain relationships with post-secondary partners and coordinate student recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to tactfully and diplomatically interact with individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment-related principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and Talent Acquisition technologies is a plus.

Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you'll enjoy at PCL. The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
