As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible stewarding the process of hiring executive level talent ranging from Directors to C-Level to support DaVita’s growth and strategic objectives. This teammate will be responsible for full cycle executive search including research, candidate generation, networking, pipelining, internal stakeholder management, interviewing, and complex offer negotiations. You will collaborate with senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission, executing on our One People strategy to support the needs of the business
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Senior Leaders across Field, Atlas and SBI as well as People Services Directors and Vice President to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, industry events, executive search firms, diverse recruiting resources, and online platforms, to identify and attract high-caliber executive candidates
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to hire.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership and Talent Acquisition leadership on the status of searches, strategies, and overall Talent Acquisition effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in executive-level Talent Acquisition, agency, corporate or a blend of both
  • Strong understanding of Executive Talent trends market dynamics, and industry best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive searches concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at the executive level

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
