Pay range for new hires: $71,032 - $113,651
Hire-in rates of pay are based upon the relevance of years of experience, education and certifications. Our Talent Acquisition team will help you understand how your direct experience will be considered.

Job Overview
Provides support in the recruitment and retention of talent into clinical and non-clinical positions within the organization. Collaborates and consults with hiring managers on strategic and tactical Talent Acquisition plans designed to meet the business objectives of the unit or department. Reviews and improves Talent Acquisition processes that are consistent with the Hospital's strategic goals and objectives. Helps deliver a Talent Acquisition plan to attract and retain high-caliber qualified candidates. Works collaboratively as a member of the Human Resources team to receive HR visitors, communicate HR policies and procedures, and direct staff to appropriate HR team member to resolve issues. Provides excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality possible.
Primary Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Supports the employee Talent Acquisition process to advertising, sourcing, interviewing, screening, selection process and hiring of applicants.
  • Works closely with marketing vendor(s) to manage all print, online & social media marketing/advertising.
  • Owns all job postings (including adherence to formal approval process) through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assists all department managers, directors and executive team members in arranging & preparing for interviews, candidate evaluation and scheduling travel for candidates.
  • Trains new department managers on organizational hiring processes & procedures, as well as, HR employment laws as they relate to the hiring process.
  • Supports Department Directors for all Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Monitors Talent Acquisition costs to ensure department is staying within budget.
  • Enters all Talent Acquisition-related invoices and may submit for approval.
  • Involved with clinical travel needs (contract staffing) including through Vendor Management System: posting open positions, executing contracts, managing traveler personnel issues, extending & terminating contracts.
  • Attends annual career fair(s) within the community.
  • May research market trends and tactics used to recruit and retain employees in primary market.
  • Works closely with HR team member(s) to ensure a smooth start to onboarding is initiated for each candidate and all pertinent documentation and information is relayed.
  • Understand HR policies and procedures and assists walk-in HR customers as needed.
  • Assists team members when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition experience required
  • Strong customer service & communication (written and verbal) skills required
  • Strong multitasking skills required
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
