We are looking for a full-time Guest Services Administrative Associate to provide support for Freeport Studios. You will act as the 'face' of our extended stay and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate front desk activities including calls, reservations and guests services. As a Guest Services Associate, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to support our team and our guests. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and issues and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service at all times.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour DOE

In this role you will:
Facilitate Check-In/Check Out process adhering to policies and procedures
Answer and direct calls, email and incoming requests for information
Maintain the property PMS system with all pertinent guest information
Prepare and maintain daily reports
Coordinate response to guest request with designated team members
Assist Supervisors and Managers with administrative tasks
Perform pre-arrival room inspections and provide housekeeping assistance as needed
Office supply inventory management and maintenance of office equipment
Participate in bi-weekly L10 meetings
Skills & Qualifications:
Flexible to work a rotating shift schedule to include nights and periodic weekends
Hospitality / Hotel experience is a plus
2 years of experience working in a customer facing role
Strong customer service skills
Works well in a collaborative team environment
Experience with property management software a plus
Proficient in Microsoft platform using Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Must occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials
