Legal Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a self motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of Legal Administrative services under the supervision of an attorney.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyer's and enhance office effectiveness.
• Update database for all assigned cases.
• Create complete files for attorney review.
• Assist with incorporating all documents received from clients into file and database.
• Complete file copy, scanning, uploading, and mailing of application to proper location.
• Prepare complete and accurate petitions and/or applications with all required documents.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Other duties as assigned, including outside of department.
