The PepsiCo/Plano Law Department is seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant, to provide administrative support to the Litigation and Regulatory Legal Teams. The position is located in Plano, Texas and the successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Senior Legal Director, Litigation and the Senior Legal Director, Regulatory & Marketing and their direct reports by performing a variety of duties and skilled tasks, to include the following responsibilities.
*This Role is Hybrid. Must be able to commute to office at a minimum of three days each week.*
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Legal Director, Litigation and the Senior Legal Director, Regulatory & Marketing and their direct reports
- Maintain calendars, schedule, and organize meetings via Microsoft Outlook across multiple time zones
- Provide critical coordination support for manager and direct reports with stakeholders and business partners located across the Globe
- Set up new matters in online billing platform (CounselLink), coordinate with outside counsel, monitor invoicing, drive timely approvals
- Organize, create files, maintain documents in Law Dept tool (OneLaw/iManage) and provide support for the team
- Ability to work on confidential projects and matters, as needed with minimal direction and an appropriate sense of urgency
- Provide planning & execution support for company events such as team meetings and employee recognition opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in both "virtual" and in an office setting, and willingness to work in-office at least 2-3 days per week
- Creative, innovative team player with positive attitude who displays sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent administrative experience preferred.
- 5+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant - law firm or in-house legal experience strongly preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and develop proficiency in various in-house software applications (e.g., telepresence (Zoom), SAP/Oracle, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Compensation:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $63,000 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
