- Interacting with residents, future residents and internal team members in a professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and excellent communication
- Apartment leasing process
- Marketing and advertising
- Perform market survey / analysis
- Screening rental applications and showing units to prospective renters
- Move-ins and move-outs of Residents
- Apartment rules / lease enforcement
- Unit inspections
- Weekly property status reporting
- Answering the phone / administrative functions
- Walking the property and ensuring all is in order
- Minimum of 3-5 years apartment management experience
- Successful sales/closing experiences
- Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, and fluency with technology)
- Appfolio property management software
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- Flexibility / team player
- Motivated to learn, attention to detail
- Basic maintenance knowledge
