Apartment Leasing Agent

JT Solution Partners is looking to hire a full time Leasing Agent in downtown LA.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Screen and qualify potential tenants by reviewing rental applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income and employment information
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rent payments
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating online listings and organizing open houses

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using property management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or OneSite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed files and records
- Accurate data entry skills to input tenant information and update records as needed
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and regulations is a plus
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, schedule appointments, and manage office tasks efficiently
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to provide excellent service to tenants
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance in all leasing activities
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
