Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants interested in our rental properties.
• Showcase the features, amenities, and benefits of the properties to potential clients.
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about rental properties and lease terms.
• Offer excellent customer service to tenants and landlords, ensuring a positive experience during the showing process.
• Collaborate with property management team members to coordinate showing schedules and manage logistics effectively.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental regulations, and property management practices in the San Jose and Bay Area markets.
• Proactively identify and report any property maintenance or repair needs discovered during showings.
• Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation related to rental applications.

Requirements:

• Active Real Estate License in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of property management and rental market practices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple showings and tasks simultaneously.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with the San Jose and Bay Area rental markets is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
