Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants interested in our rental properties.
- Showcase the features, amenities, and benefits of the properties to potential clients.
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about rental properties and lease terms.
- Offer excellent customer service to tenants and landlords, ensuring a positive experience during the showing process.
- Collaborate with property management team members to coordinate showing schedules and manage logistics effectively.
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental regulations, and property management practices in the San Jose and Bay Area markets.
- Proactively identify and report any property maintenance or repair needs discovered during showings.
- Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation related to rental applications.
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License in California.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property management and rental market practices.
