Job Summary The candidate will serve as a Leasing Consultant/Administrative Assistant responsible for leasing activities at apartment communities, supporting property management operations, and providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects. They will handle administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and coordination of move-ins/outs. Even Simpler: This person helps rent out apartments. They do office work like keeping track of money and papers, talk to people who live there or might want to live there, and help make sure everything in the apartment building works well.

Skill Requirements Must-Have:
· Fair Housing knowledge
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel , and Outlook

Preferred Skills:
· Bilingual Spanish
Skill Education
· Fair Housing : Knowledge of Fair Housing laws ensures compliance with national regulations regarding discrimination in housing.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
