Express Employment is searching for a Leasing Agent who will have responsibilities that include coordinating leasing activities and maintaining positive relationships with residents and the public. Position is full time, long term!

  

Schedule: Thursdays-Mondays 9:00am to 6:00pm

Location: South Sacramento

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

 

Leasing Agent highlights:  

• Maintain professional demeanor and client-oriented approach in all interactions.

• Administer leases, handle resident billings, and coordinate leasing activities promptly.

• Manage property files and revenue collection, ensuring compliance with lease obligations.

• Foster positive resident relations, address repair requests, and ensure accurate billing.

• Cultivate collaborative working relationships within the team and participate in meetings.
