Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing small offices to tenants in a Class A office building in Lake Forest, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Create a complete marketing plan using the Internet and local advertising
- Conduct tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Screen prospective tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect rent payments from tenants and ensure timely payment processing
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operation of the property
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in legal or real estate administrative roles is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of property management principles and practices
