Leasing Agent - Residential

Job Summary

This position supports the leasing, managing and upkeep of a residential apartment community.

Duties:

· Assist Property manager and Assistant Manager as required

· Help coordinate move-in and move-out of residents

· Conduct tours of the property with potential residents

· Perform data entry on property management software, maintain resident files

· Perform verification of employment, credit, etc. for prospective residents

· Coordinate maintenance work based on residents’ needs, including follow-up after completion of work

· Complete projects assigned by management in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

· 1-2 years residential leasing experience

· Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations

· Proficiency in Yardi or other property management software

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Bilingual Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
