Well established privately held Residential Property Management company looking to hire a full time Leasing Agent Manager for 134-Unit Condominiums in Palm Springs
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The perfect candidate for the position would have at least 1-year current experience leasing apartments. Applicant must have the following qualifications/skills:
--Excellent verbal/written/telephone communication skills including the ability to deal with a diverse tenant base.
Enthusiastic and customer service oriented with a strong work ethic and outgoing professional attitude and appearance. Ability to work independently and effectively interact with prospective tenants, residents, peers, staff and management.
--Strong marketing, leasing, great customer service and problem-solving skills required. Must be organized and detail oriented and have great follow up skills.
--Schedule showing appointments for vacancies.
--Prepare all rental documents and lease paperwork.
--Collect deposits, move in monies and complete move in walk through.
--Must be computer literate in Word and Excel
--Manage and compile all online and print Advertising
--Fair Housing Knowledge
--Interact effectively with vendors.
--Bilingual a plus!
--Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
--Must be drug free, dependable and punctual.
--Must be available to work on weekends.
Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience of applicant. Benefits after 90 day probationary period. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
