Position Overview:
The position is part-time and non-exempt located in Sun Valley, CA.Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation / applications. This position also provides general support to the Property Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
General office duties
Show units to perspective residents
Distribute brochures and information about property
Assist with advertising vacant units
Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising
Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
Knowledge of property management
Possession of a valid California driver's license
Proof of auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent
General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations
Experience with Yardi Systems
Compensation:
Part Time
20.00 Hourly
