SalaryThe Capitol Area Development Authority, a public organization, is seeking a highly personable individual to assist in leasing and showing apartments, both market rate and affordable, as well as with the processing and verification of rental applications. Strong customer service skills required. Leasing experience desirable with LIHTC experience highly desirable. 1 year of increasingly responsible experience in the areas of market rate and affordable housing programs, apartment marketing and leasing highly desirable, and equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade required.
Full Time with excellent benefits including CalPERS Retirement, medical benefits, and 15 paid holidays per year.
