Layers Galleria - Assistant Property Manager

A growing Real Estate Management Company is seeking a qualified indivudial for the role of Assistant Property Manager at Layers Galleria Apartments in Farmers Branch, TX. The position offers competative pay and benefits.

As Assistant Property Manager your primary responsibilities include maintaining desired occupancy levels, property marketing/leasing, document/record management, providing excellent customer service to both residents and prospective residents, and other responsibilities typical of an Assistant Property Manager. It is also expected that you will work with the rest of the property management team to ensure the successful operation of the property. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: rent collections/delinquency management, completing move ins and assuring all lease documents are accurate, move outs/completion of final accounting statement, assisting manager with month end close out and any other daily task that may be requested of you.
