Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation and management of our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales, property management, and customer service to take the next step in their career.
Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, rent collection, and tenant relations, payables, vendor bids, property inspections and Triple Net Billings and Collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Property maintenance - coordinating repairs and ensuring timely completion
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as scheduling maintenance and inspections
Skills:
- Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and applicable laws
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficiency in using Excel
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
