Morgan Brown & Joy LLP is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant with strong attention to detail, organization skills and multi-tasking abilities to handle front desk responsibilities, as well as additional administrative and accounting/billing support tasks. THIS IS M-F IN-OFFICE ONLY, NO WFH OPTIONS.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients/visitors
- Answer all incoming telephone calls
- Update firm client list
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order mail supplies
- Report building maintenance issues
- Update building visitor list
- Coordinate and track conference room schedules
- Set-up and maintain cleanliness of conference rooms for meetings
- Update and organize library materials
- Support accounting department, including AP entries, preparing client billing, and tracking of various data
- Organize, stock and track kitchen supplies
- Assist Attorneys, Paralegal and Legal Assistants as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Two to five years of related work experience
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and client service skills
- Knowledge of general office support responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing situations
- Professional, resourceful and tech-savvy
- Proactive team player
- Possess a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Must be available to work 100% in office Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
