Concord Tree and Landscape is looking for a dynamic, goals driven individual for the position of Admin Assistant.
Have you worksd in Landscaping, Construction, Hardscapes, Irrigation or any other similar industry?
The person filling this role Performs a variety of general tasks related to customer service or to support field staff and or other office staff
Key Accountabilities:
- Answer phones and assign leads
- Handle additional assignments from the Manager as required
- General customer service for vendors or clients
- Review of Sales contracts
- Assist in marketing (online Ads)
- Scheduling of meetings and assisting in managing calendars
- Drafting Contracts
- Assisting with Human Resource needs
- Filing
- Data Entry
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to handle time-sensitive initiatives
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player who collaborates well with others
- Ability to work well in stressful situations with large volumes of processing.
Education/Experience/Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of experience in office setting with prefered marketing background
- College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.50 per hour
