Service Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY

Easton Pool & Spa is looking to fill a full-time seasonal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at our Easton headquarters. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly phone manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position will require the successful candidate to have the following qualifications:

· Must be highly organized.

· Pay great attention to detail.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work independently once processes are learned.

· Prioritization between multiple 'bosses'

· Excellent phone demeanor

· Ability to take on other tasks as needed.

Skills Desired:

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Highly accurate Data Entry

· Email

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal from March through December

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

· Administrative Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred
