SalaryWe are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with substance abuse/mental health facilities. Responsibilities: Obtain patient information and verify insurance coverage- Communicate with medical staff regarding patient needs- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, communicate with admissions team, responsible for building client report and signing appropriate medical consents with client upon intake at the facility.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required- - Proficiency with phone systems and computer software- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
