Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with ancillary focus on administrative support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document processing, inside sales, and project tracking. In this position you will be responsible for wide range of inside sales, general administrative, clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Inside Sales Support Functions
- Assist in the proposal process – sending RFQ’s, gathering pricing, etc.
- Prepare, modify, and process outgoing quotes
- Review and process incoming order acknowledgements
- Review and process incoming and outgoing purchase orders
- Regularly correspond with both customers and vendors
- Track projects from order entry to shipment
- Seeking new lead opportunities
- Additional tasks to be determined
Administrative Support Functions
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Maintain Customer Relation Management Directory
Ancillary Administrative Support Functions
- Process incoming invoices and send customer invoices when necessary
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail/email/faxes
- Maintain office supply and promotional item inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
- Maintain customer files
- Track vendor/supplier/manufacturer commission due
- Other administrative duties as deemed necessary

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
