Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter facilitates the recruitment processes across the Fort Worth and Plano locations. This position will identify, recruit and screen potential employees. They will coordinate in-person interviews and the spa provider practical, conduct reference checks, pre-hire, and employee set-up. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources functions as needed including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner and works with spa leadership to ensure understanding of staffing and position needs. The HR Coordinator/Recruiter has a broad understanding of general spa operations, spa culture, the “Woodhouse Way.” The Coordinator/Recruiter is responsible for conforming to THE W OODHOUSE standards set forth in the Team member Handbook and Operations Manual and will strive each day to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities (essential functions):
· Consults with HR Business Partner and leadership to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
· Identifies and selects potential candidates for vacant positions
· Counsel’s candidates on the interview and hiring process
· Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase.
· Arranges and coordinates interviews and calendar invite with candidates and hiring managers.
· Follows up with candidates and hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects candidate evaluations and feedback.
· Conducts reference checks
· Enters candidates into HRIS system
· Generates offer letters
· Conducts background checks
· Ensures pre-hire paperwork is completed
· Coordinates first day on-boarding and training
· Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of business needs, fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular positions.
· Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
· Three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
