TEMP - Member Services Coordinator (Benefits, Well-being & Retirement)

Summary

Responsible for the program administration, engagement and support service efforts for a wide array of city benefit and wellness programs.

Salary: Starts at $25.00/hour

Schedule: In office Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Provide oversight of Member Services operations, including monitoring service levels, ensuring accuracy
• and quality of information.
• Assist manager with projects as assigned.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills desired.
• Punctuality and confidentiality is a must.

Assignment is on-site and duration is TBD, but anticipate at least 4 weeks.

Attire: Business casual.
