Job Description:
The HR Coordinator provides support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter all necessary information from hire paperwork into UKG.
- Compose and/or maintain all reports, badge requests, etc., as required.
- Initiates all testing and training that is required for all projects.
- Guides applicants through the hiring process in accordance with Primoris policies and procedures.
- Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process and updates appointment arrival status for NHE and NHO.
- Initiates candidate onboarding and matching them to the proper requisition.
- Ensures all documents are scanned into the digital file management system.
- Assist reception desk when necessary.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors on projects.
- Clarify and resolve problems; coordinate work; maintain working relationships.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma required.
- Prior experience working in Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruiting is preferred.
- Bilingual written/speaking.
- Knowledge of: Outlook, Word and Excel are a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or other tracking and reporting systems is a plus.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work under deadlines, be reliable, and be able to work independently.
