This role will pay a salary of $28.37 to $36.06.

Responsibilities:
- Assist our events, venues, and festival divisions with payroll entries into the timekeeping system
- Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll for 1,000+ employees under the guidance of Corporate Payroll
- Coordinate employee payroll processing including off-cycle pay, status changes, deductions, manual checks, adjustments, special pays, reversals, voids, etc.
- Communicate with all 50+ venue managers to confirm hours and tips weekly
- Complete audits of recordkeeping, reconciliations of processed payroll run, employee direct deposits, wage assignments, IRS withholdings, etc.
- Verify and confirm payroll data being processed bi-weekly
- Assist HR Department as needed
- Working knowledge of payroll accounting procedures and practices required.

- Exhibits initiative, is a self-motivator and able to work autonomously in some instances
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multi-pay frequency and multi-state payroll processing of 1,000+ employees.
- Thorough knowledge & understanding of ADP Enterprise Payroll & ADP e-Time. TimeSaver & ADP GL Experience a plus.
- Advanced level skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
