Title: HR-Recruiting Coordinator

Duration: 1-2 weeks project/contract

Location: Austin, TX 78746

Compensation: $15-20/HR

Work Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card Holder or Authorized to Work in the US

Schedule: 8-4pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruiting/HR Coordinator focused on data entry. This role will play a critical part in supporting our recruiting efforts and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, a high level of accuracy, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Efficiently input and maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases

Documentation Management: Manage and organize HR documentation, including resumes, applications, and employment forms, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• General knowledge of H1B Visa's is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
