Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing, strategic planning, and conflict management. This is a full-time position. Duties: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives - Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers - Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process - Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Oversee workers' compensation claims process and work closely with insurance providers - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience) - Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paylocity, UltiPro, or ADP - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to contribute to the success of our organization.
