Human Resources Coordinator
Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. (EOR) has an immediate opening within our Human Resources team at our Saint Paul, Minnesota office. EOR is an engineering and environmental consulting firm that specializes in: WATER (watersheds + water resources), ECOLOGY (ecosystems + natural resources) and COMMUNITY (civil engineering, landscape architecture + planning).

Brief Description:
EOR is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join its growing HR team. A successful candidate would be excited to step into a role that will assist with the full suite of HR functions including recruiting/onboarding and benefit management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support HR core functions including, recruiting, onboarding, terminations, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits.
- Provide input and support to Human Resources projects and events.
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job posting, phone screens, interview coordination, offer letters, and communication for the overall candidate experience.
- Post and maintain job ads through the applicant tracking system and external job boards.
- Assist current employees with general Human Resources needs and questions.
- Perform other related duties as needed or assigned
Education/Experience requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field OR Associate’s Degree and 1+ years of experience within Human Resources related role
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Possess high level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy as well as an upbeat and positive attitude
- Superior organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail in both written and verbal communications
Preferred:
- Experience working within a consulting firm preferred
- Deltek experience preferred
Location
Saint Paul, MN with opportunity for hybrid work schedule 2-3 days a week
