This Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team! In this critical role, you will be an instrumental part in providing administrative support to the HR team in a variety of talent and business initiatives, projects, and daily operations to include but not limited to work and exposure in the following areas: Recruitment, HRIS, Benefits and Employee Engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize ADP to process New Hire paperwork, I-9 verifications, status changes, terminations, job transfers, and promotions
- Facilitate exit interviews to gain insights into employee satisfaction, engagement, and potential areas of improvement in the workplace
- Maintains electronic employee files in HRIS
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
- Prepare new hire onboarding schedules and materials for orientation
- Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events
- Maintain SharePoint site
- Assist with medical surveillance program and scheduling random screening, as needed
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, and other related organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS administration and/or ATS use helpful
