Your Role As our Human Resources Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting multiple Domino’s Pizza locations. Your primary focus will be managing benefits, overseeing employee management, and handling a variety of Human Resources matters. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, assist with enrollment, and coordinate with external vendors.
- Employee Management: Handle initial reporting, documentation, and follow-up while maintaining accurate records. Address employee questions and requests promptly and confidentially.
- Human Resources Matters: Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and legal compliance. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities: Be flexible and willing to take on other HR-related tasks and projects. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in Human Resources management.
Qualifications
- Basic: Eagerness to acquire proficiency in diverse job responsibilities, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management abilities, comfortable working in an open-office environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a Human Resources or related role.
